What hours are paid parking in affect?
Paid parking is in affect everyday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Paid Parking is enforced between March 1st and October 31st.

Where can I park if I have the seasonal parking permit?
You can park in Municipal Lots A and B for free if you have the seasonal parking permit. Please keep in mind that the county lot has its own permitting system, and you are not allowed to park there with this permit.

How can I pay or appeal a parking citation?
If you received your parking ticket on or after March 1, 2024, you can pay your ticket online at www.parkiop.com. If you received your ticket before then, you will have to mail payment or come to our office during business hours to make payment.
How much does it cost to park?
The daily rate in the parking lots is $10 Monday through Friday and $15 Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. After 4:00 p.m., visitors may pay an hourly rate of $2.00. The on-street parking is $2.50 an hour.
When do I have to pay to park?
You are required to pay for parking during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week (including holidays). Parking is enforced from March 1st-October 31st during these hours.
Where is the available handicapped parking?
Parking for individuals who require handicapped parking spaces is available in the County Park, the small lot on Pavilion Drive, 9th Avenue, Front Beach Restrooms, 21st Avenue, and 42nd Avenue.
