When do I have to pay to park?
Paid parking is daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Paid Parking is enforced between March 1st and October 31st (including Holidays).
How do I obtain a parking permit?

Where can I park if I have the seasonal parking permit?
You can park in Municipal Lots A and B for free if you have the seasonal parking permit. Please keep in mind that the county lot has its own permitting system, and you are not allowed to park there with this permit.

How can I pay or appeal a parking citation?
If you received your parking ticket , you can pay your ticket online at www.parkiop.com.
Where is the available handicapped parking?
Parking for individuals who require handicapped parking spaces is available in the County Park, Municipal Lot A, 9th Avenue, Front Beach, 21st Avenue, and 42nd Avenue.
