How to Pay a Citation

If you received your parking ticket on or after March 1, 2024, you can use our online portal to pay or appeal a parking citation. You can access the portal through the link below:

If you received your ticket before March 1, 2024, you will have to mail in your payment.

Pay or Appeal citation

Any parking citation which remains unpaid after the 90th day may be turned over to an outside agency which shall be authorized to collect all payments due and levy an additional 35% fee as allowed by local ordinance South Carolina state law. You can pay for your parking ticket(s) by the following methods:

Online: You can pay online at parkiop.com using a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and/or Discover), subject to a $3.95 convenience.
Mail: You can mail payment by check or money order (Do NOT send cash) payable to:
